Data controller

Lezo, 21 boulevard Auguste Pageot, 44000 Nantes, France, is responsible for the processing described below. For questions or requests concerning your data: [email protected].

Contact and appointments

  • Data: name, email, company, needs and message; timeline, budget and a website or app link if you provide them. For appointments: contact details, date and booking information.
  • Purposes: replying to your requests, arranging discussions and preparing a proposal.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in communicating with professional contacts at our clients and prospects. Where you personally will be a party to the contract, the steps necessary to prepare it rely on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
  • Retention: for prospects without a contract, no more than three years after collection or the last contact from the person. Data needed for a contractual relationship, a legal obligation or the defence of our rights is kept for the period applicable to those uses.

Required fields are marked in the form; without this information we cannot handle your request. Appointments are booked through Cal.com.

Website security

Your IP address is used to prevent abusive form submissions and is deleted ten minutes after the last accepted request. Technical logs may contain IP addresses, dates, request information and delivery statuses. They support service operation and security and are kept for the time necessary for these activities and incident handling. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

Audience measurement

With your consent, PostHog measures pages viewed, referring domains, contact clicks and the outcome of form submissions. This data includes language, browser and device type and pseudonymous identifiers. It helps us understand traffic and improve the website. For this analysis, the planned retention period is twelve months after collection; Lezo manages deletion.

This measurement is optional. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time in cookie preferences in the footer, without affecting access to the site or the ability to send a request.

Cookies and browser storage

A cookie remembers your language for one year and is exempt from consent. Your audience measurement choice is valid for six months. After acceptance, PostHog uses cookies and browser storage for pseudonymous identifiers. These identifiers are only used while your consent remains valid. You can change your choice in cookie preferences and delete cookies in your browser settings.

Recipients and transfers

Authorized people at Lezo and the following providers access data according to their roles:

  • OVH SAS: website hosting.
  • Amazon Web Services — SES: email delivery, in the Paris region.
  • Google Workspace: email and calendar.
  • Cal.com, Inc.: appointment booking.
  • PostHog, Inc.: audience measurement, in its European instance.

Cal.com processes data in the United States. Google, AWS and PostHog may also involve providers outside the European Economic Area. Their agreements provide for standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, depending on the transfer: AWS, Google Workspace, Cal.com and PostHog. For details of the safeguards applicable to your data and to obtain a copy, email [email protected].

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest on grounds relating to your particular situation and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also give instructions regarding your data after your death.

To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
