01

Situation

Professionals who welcome visitors (heritage sites, agencies, event organisers) want to offer gamified mobile experiences without building an app each time. They need to design their scenarios, offer them to their audience and follow how they are used.

02

What Lezo did

Lezo designed and built the whole product and publishes it: technical choices, development, store releases, hosting, maintenance and new features.

03

Solution

Questovery combines three building blocks:

  1. A web editor

To design the scenarios, steps and content of each experience.

  2. A mobile app

To live the experience on site, step by step.

  3. Experience tracking

To manage offers and see how they are used.

Usage

Château Giscours uses Questovery for tours offered all year round and for events such as its open days. Agencies and works councils also use it; at their request, they are not named here.

This reference illustrates the use of the Questovery product. It is not a custom engagement carried out by Lezo for Château Giscours.

05

What’s next

Lezo keeps improving Questovery based on user feedback, including apps branded for its clients. Running our own product shapes how we design and maintain our clients’ applications.
